i recognize the buildings in 0:18 they are the old parliament house (front) and the new parliament house (back). I also recognize Lake Burley Griffin 1:05.

It would have made logical sense for Qintex to spin a Prime only promo off,(as Prime became a Seven affiliate.) But it was a weird idea though, as both the Nine (WIN) and Ten (Capital) affiliates got custom made promos and IDs by their capital city network they chose to link with.
