You stand and hold a kettle or a dumbbell with one hand and do that -- it works out your obliques.. but make sure you add lots of variation within ab workouts or your abdominals will adapt and won't build.

I wish I could have seen the full video exactly what type of exercise you doing so I can do some crunches myself to help tighten my abs.

dont do to much weight on ur stomach cuz ur stomach could become "blocky" looking instead of lean

Nooo, I'm using heavie weight which actually builds more muscle, I'm looking for more muscle and definition on the side of my obliques.

I don't do "crunches", I do deline weighted sit ups on a bench, plus side bends.
