I have done that in the past too! I had an underpowered motor for my weight.

Then again my instructor once said "your either a runner or a sitter" I found out if I can do a foot drag,I will either catch my foot and start to run or

do a drag until I get airborne and start a climb out. checkout omg cat ppg on u-tube

Quite lucky ... The issue with sitting too early there is that you are leaning forward while running. Then when you sit on your harness, you get vertical. Minor change in thrust direction that can have expensive consequences. Remember, always lean backwards on your engine's thrust if you want to take off fast and safe.

If you want to fly, never stop to zapieradlać until you lose earth contact.

Just were trying to sit too early otherwise ok. Stopped the engine quite late.

Lucky you did not break the cage or the propeller.
