Betty is quite right and LawrenceKennard is quite wrong....see Wikipedia. Yams and Sweet Potatoes are TWO ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PLANT FAMILIES and come from entirely different parts of the world. In America we only eat sweet potatoes and USDA requires any can with the word yam on it to also have the word "sweet potato" because the product is not a yam.

@jeanajaltouni I do the chest press on a machine, and I only do about 60 pounds on the machine in my circuit training.

Would you suggest adding cinnamon to the casserole if we wanted to, or would that be overload or interfere with the nutmeg?
