John Cleese: Still diluting the originality of the Monty Python era by attempting to drag it into the middle of the road. I see he's doing the same thing now with a sad and unfunny parody of Basil Fawlty. I've not seen the feet of clay of Gilliam, Idle, Jones or Palin yet, all respectful of the material they devised, but Cleese seems to have sold out as soon as he left the band!
