With 20 Million children waking up each morning without their biological father in the home and over 70% of Black Children being born into single parent households; this video should have gone viral in minutes. How about you get real and learn how to interpret stats ok? That is NOT the overall SHARE, got it? The overall share is actually 26%, not 70%. Additionally, what they refer to are the cases for that YEAR, that is called the INCIDENCE rate. NOT the share. Whites are actually the ones with the HIGHEST OWW births, not Blacks. Let's also not assume that Blacks who do have children OWW represent the entire Black population. Go do some research; these are subpopulations within the Black community.
