As the guy who wrote the AI talent files for the drivers for the mod, I must admit that I could never figure out why Baguette (lol) was so good. But a few months after the mod was released, I figured it out.
In the "36unsponsored.veh" file, Bertrand's first name is misspelled as "Bertand." That wasn't my part of the mod, so I never noticed it. The missing r is the difference between superstar driver, and mid-packer.
