  • i am playing this for concert and marching band and i really likes it. can;t wait to play it... YAY... I get 1st chair alto saxaphone,

  • This piece for marching band? Really? That's odd, this is more of a concert band piece. Eh...

  • its a bit faster than intended, but a nice clarinet solo in the beginning. the part at 1:25 is really well played.

  • In my clarinet music there are cues for when there's no Soprano Sax, heh. Gorgeous gorgeous solo!! <333.

  • @haha169 Isn't it a Sax?

  • @haha169 Actually its suppose to be a Soprano sax solo but in this recording its a clarinet, but the alternate is suppose to be an oboe playing it, but i guess they wanted the clarinet to play this one

  • That's a clarinet in the beginning. Don't stress over you guys...not ever band has a soprano sax sitting around. Well played clarinet :)

  • @SuicideCamel yea same here I love this song and it get stuck in my head a lot and I wind up humming it durring lunch...

  • @JPSaxMan This sounds like a clarinet...the version I'm familiar with is written for Soprano Saxophone.

  • @haha169 Umm I hear a clarinet. Unless it's supposed to be played by an oboe and this recording has a clarinet instead?

  • i played 2nd Trumpet ( iwas 3rd Chair) on this in my Honor band last year. it was the greates piece ever!!!!!!

  • Wow... beautiful. Problem is, My ORchestra teacher transcribed this song for strings, and I keep getting lost! Still though, wonderful piece

  • The clarinet solo in the beginning sounds very good, even if intended for soprano sax. My band is practicing this peice and i'll probably have to play the english horn part.
