I think if they created a second season my guess (or invention) is that they would begin again with the end of Pieta and then "restart" the series, possibly ignoring the ending before. You often see a series' manga, anime and then OVA all ignore one another's continuity and even whole series of events. I don't see it being totally unreasonable that two seasons of anime could be treated in this same way. Hey, for the sake of another season I would overlook it if they did!

there are differences between anime and manga. for example, the final battle between priscila and clare in the anime end, it never happened in the manga.

In FMA brotherhood they skipped some parts and added in additional content instead, I thought it was pretty well done.

i just watched the anime, and read the first tome of claimore, for the pics it doesnt look that diferent..... except at the end, im preaty sure the end start changing and was totaly diferent (specialy because i think the manga havnt end yet)

how much diference it bettween manga and anime? love hina levels?

I personally thing they should remake season 1 completely like what was done in full metal alchemist brotherhood.
