I remember this PPV and was pissed when Jacques Rogeou came out as the guest ref instead of bret but he came out eventually... for a minute just so the canadian fans wouldn't riot

storm got a huge push in wcw and deserved it wwf would literally have austin on the ramp calling him boring during his wwf matches bullshit

WCW used to cancel his matches at the last minute after he would already be at the arena.
He was injured at this time and was supposed to referee this match but it was changed last minute.
You can tell by the look on his face during many of the shows during his last days with WCW that he was annoyed as all hell.
