Foobar2000: Grabbing album art & tags with foo_discogs

Foobar2000 0.5.2b2 with Columns UI (latest version can now display album art in the playlist, no need for panels UI anymore) and foo_discogs, which graps data from discogs.com (metadata such as label, release date and album cover art).

Quick question... have you figured if there's a way to embed the album art directly on the MP3 file? After tweaking with the foo_discogs a bit, I noticed it only saves files to the release folder... and this method isn't supported by most MP3 players like iPod. Embedding the art on the file itself would get the job done.

You can always use MP3tag (freeware) or similar to embed the jpeg file to MP3/MP4 etc.

Thanks for the reply - I'm currently using MP3Tag to embed them, just wanted to know if foo_discogs did this too somehow... Oh well, nothing is perfect :)

@skeptikal Ohhh I installed foobar thinking it could do the embedding thing, too bad it doesn't !! I think I'll use itunes instead this "foolbar"
