@xXFootFaceXx used a metal screen material and see-thru mesh to make the mouth...

Ah, yea I used the box the ball came in (there are holes in it about the right size) to get somewhat the shape and then kinda free handed it from there

@ yue1cool - I used half inch foamcore board...it may have been thicker...like 3/4" cant remember now.
