I feel like Hearns should of had this match. But the problem was he kept letting Hagler get inside and put him on the ropes. Hearns is good but them dynamite punches are gonna weaken getting punched in the ribs. Hearns was still small.

Hearns was doomed from the start. He walked in with a false sense
of his power from knocking out a diminished Duran who had to
drop 20 pounds in the weeks leading to the fight. This is why
I bet a fortune on hagler. I knew that had duran been in proper
shape, he would have done to Hearns what Hagler did to
Hearns
