You can get out there by boat, or join the navy (wouldn't recommend that). Before you go though, you need to check the zones to make sure they aren't doing a dangerous activity like using live ordinance. The website to do this is score.net, go to SCI Home, then go to Schedules, then SCI Hazardous Operations Area Schedule.

by boat...check for military training/bombing scheduling..,they will chase you away if there are any exercises going on. It can be worth the effort...do your homework first. Good luck :)
