  • just braise the mint !!!!!!!

  • which country are the show from

  • That looks delicious.. i didn't know most of the 'detail' of the drink came from simple lime and mint.. learn something new everyday, I guess. I am pretty sure I am gonna try this ASAP.. thanks for the vid dude.

  • finally someone knows what they are doing. even though i don't make it in the serving glass and I get my lime juice by squeezing this is how I'd make it if i used this strategy. Also the only decent rum we have access to in the States is 10 Cane.

  • IMHO this is the best mo-hee-to demonstration out there. i try not to over-muddle but it works well for the mojito

  • this was made 1.5years ago and i have made a few variations on the mojito prep. i go easier on the mint but try to release the oils and juices from the lime with the help of cane sugar. thanks for the feedback..

  • Looks good, but go easy on those mint leaves!

  • mmm it is not the mojito classic but i like it thoses combinations

  • Not my favorite way to build the Mojito because the mint is muddled too much. The mint will release the essential oils with a couple of presses from the muddler AND the sharp edges of the ice banging against the mint when you stir the drink. Still, it's a nice video. I liked that you didn't use Simple Syrup or bottled lime juice for this drink as this keeps in line with the purist way of making the Mojito. Good job.

  • you shouldn't muddle the mint that hard, the drink will be bitter. you should only brise the mint.
