Racial angle to me is also baffling. If they're against Blacks, Jews, Muslims and even white folks, doesn't sound very discriminatory to me, they're treating everyone the same, if one were to assume your facts.

Why would a company spend money to go out of their way to route a powerline over somebody's home because of their race? This makes no sense whatever. Spending corporate money for the sole purpose of arbitrary racial harassment?
"Targeted" is a very loaded term. I wish you would provide some evidence for this, and then demand the US Dept of Justice get involved with a civil rights action. If what you allege is at all true, this should be a no-brainer Federal case.

I don't get the racial angle. How is the bishop's race an issue? Is it that he is not "honorable"? I'm lost on this one.
Also, it's not clear how SHECO is doing damage. Did they tear down the chapel? Are they threatening to do so?
