Fruit Salad - Steve Lane And The Autocrats

In celebration of The Wiggles' 20th birthday, ABC Music has brought together some of Australia's finest contemporary music artists to pay tribute to the undisputed legends of children's entertainment, The Wiggles.

Rewiggled features 20 all time favourite Wiggles songs interpreted by The Living End, Washington, Jebediah, Sarah Blasko, Architecture In Helsinki, Spiderbait, Bluejuice, Frenzal Rhomb, Clare Bowditch, The Snowdroppers, Busby Marou, Adalita, Papa VS Pretty, The Audreys, Dead Letter Chorus, Oh Mercy, Angie Hart, Sons of Rico, Steve Lane and the Autocrats and Paul Greene.

Steve Lane And The Autocrats version of The Wiggles classic 'Fruit Salad' was recorded under the watchfull eyes of Ben Hurt and Steve at Newmarket Studios in North Melbourne.
The band features Augie March's gun rhythm section (Edmondo Ammendola and Dave Williams) guitarists Jimmy Williams (Paul Kelly And The Dots) and Pete Slater (Dalriada) and songwriter/priducer Steve Lane.
Their debut album 'The Romance Of Communication' was released by ABC Music on October 28th this year.
