George Galloway interviews Hugo Rifkind over housing benefit caps

George Galloway speaks to Hugo Rifkind, writer for The Times newspaper and also known for being the son of Malcolm Rifkind on the housing benefit cuts. Galloway is against the brutal cuts and the young Rifkind is for it and the two find themselves at logger heads with the former referring to the latter as a 'right wing hack'.
