@Prem488 the egyptians tried to kill off the jews by ordering male hebrew babies to thrown into river, and God did warn the pharoh.the king who ordered that was a evil king but it was the people who wanted kings to rule over them instead of God. God is not accountable to any human as to why he chooses to let certain evil acts happen.also God did not sanction slavery . He just laid out guidelines on how to treat slaves.

God has given us domain over the Earth, which means we have authority over this Earth but God is the Power that we need to control the Earth but if we don't allow God to have a relationship with us how can we expect him not to be upset. Its like having children and you being a father you want them to listen and love and just grow with you, but instead they like the neighbors dad better and they play with him and look up to him instead, how would you feel? God has to feel if he Loves.

@Prem488 Are creationists "retarted" or retarded? The universe was created simultaneously with time, space and matter (TSM). Before TSM there was neither anything nor nothing - not even a vacuum. What can "nothing" form or create? Of course, nothing. This means that something outside the Universe must have created it. The only 2 choices are God or an infinite Universe(s) in eternity past. Eternity past, however is impossible. For it would have taken forever to arrive to 2011, but we are here.

@Prem488 Who believed the earth was flat? Did you know that Atheists in the 1950's refuted the Big Bang? Creationists were some of the first who agreed with it. The Big Bang only points to a creator, who was outside of time, space and matter. The universe could not have created itself. Spontaneous generation is a nonpossibility. All logical cosmologist who have learned the facts and face them realize there must have been an original beginning of time, space and matter.

@Prem488 Go ahead then, follow Satan, because He is better than God according to your twisted perception. God never sanctioned evil. He can not even conceive of it. Yet He would be unloving if He didn't respond. He disciplines us. Discipline hurts. He "does not delight in the death of the wicked" but is forced to allow others to stamp it out. If you read the entire bible in context, youll understand He had Israelites wipe out Canaanites bcuz they were throwing their children into the fire etc..

@messianicreformer But this is normal human behavior! It doesn't matter what gods people believe in, or if they believe in none at all, we ALL tend to figure out a way to overcome our hardships. There is nothing supernatural in this. It is all part of survival. If we did not do this, we would all just lie down and die of despair. When the Hindu credits Ganesha for overcoming a problem, does that mean Ganesha is real?
