Another terrible crash. This rocket was supposed to light a second stage and go to about 2,000 feet, but something catastrophic happened and the electronics did not ignite the next motor. The video camera that took the shot was completely destroyed, but it's a good thing I use wireless transmission or I wouldn't even have the video to show for myself.

Some launch days are better than others.

  • That's a drag on the core sample.

    Working on a video rocket myself. Actually this is the second one. First one destroyed everything and threw the camera 50 feet away on impact. Didn't even get the footage from flight. It's at 3:00 min. on my video rockets 4. Turned the camera off before impact. Had to watch without camera.Oh well. Back to the drawing board.
