ANOREXIA - MY STORY

i am 2 months into recovery from anorexia, and this is my story in pics set to music. i dont think this is triggering,but in case, N.B. MAY BE TRIGGERING....it is my first video, and it is meant to be helpful to people. i hope you like it :) and it helps anyone else with their eating disorder.

i have written about it bcoz someone has asked me wot pill it is. im not promoting the pill to cast a magic wand. i haven't been on the pill for a long time, 4 years infact, so my body changes might be down to that. it does say in the leaflet that it can increase your appetite. from my point of view im glad it does and seems to have to me. lots of peeps on the net say it doesnt others say it does. the leaflet says it can do, under side effects,lol, probs to normal sized peeps it is bad ;)

i don't care if it is psychosematic that the pill is helping me in my eyes, im just glad to be gaining weight :) and losing the gel bras :) it feels nice to actually have a more womanly figure again like i had when i was 18,19 etc :) it is like a christmas present. the pill makes me sick/nauscious if i dont eat. the only main worry i have is that i smoke, and it is bad to smoke on it, but soon, once im more stable weight wise, im going to at least cut down but i wud like to stop.

i am really pleased with my weight gain. my doctor put me on a contraceptive pill, 'microgynon 30' and i havent stopped troughing my face. :D my boobs have grown, and i have put weight on my bum and thighs, though the most distinguishable weight gin, to me anyway, seems to be my booblies :D and i have a little bit of a tummy, probably because the amount im now troughing has stretched my gut to accept more, hell knows:)

hello :) i am gaining weight, gradually, lol; i will say though that the road has been a rocky one with many ups and downs. i am happy with my changing shape, though the weight isn't going onto the parts where i would like it to first, but hey, you cant have everything. i don't know wether it is psycho-sematic (don't know if i've spelt that correctly :/ ) but ive gone on the contraceptive pill, one i haven't been on before, and my appetite seems to have increased considerably :) merry xmas x

Wow my dear one. I'm sorry you were hurt and treated so ugly by your own father. I'm sorry you were made to feel like you were less than perfect and sorry you were treated less than like the princess God made you to be. Praise God you are getting well now, sometimes it takes something like us getting pregnant or having children to wake us up doesn't it. I'm unsure who was saying you weren't underweight, oh dear you WERE UNDERWEIGHT love. Praying for you pls Never give up on YOU!! God Bless you..

I am so very much in awe of your hard work in battling back from the abuse inflicted upon you as a child. I'm just a few moments in, and I had to pause to tell you dear lady, I'm just so very sorry you were attacked so cruelly as a child. It's just so sad and meaningless and stupid to traumatize a child like how your father did.
