  • I think women who have experienced obstetric trauma (a tertiary tear in my case) should be warned of the possiblity /likelihood of developing FI or AI.

    It is curious that you did not explore the use of tricyclic anti-depressents and their effective use in 'numbing down' the neurological factors in FI - a much cheaper option than the very expensive and often unsuccessful ones explained here.
