Pyle Pro PTED01 Electronic Drum kit Review

I purchased this product after watching the video review and it is just what I was looking for. Works great as a MIDI drum set with Garageband: just plug it in using a USB cable, add a software drum track, and you're good to go. It has a nice feel and a good size for setting it up in the studio or taking it anywhere. The item was packaged & handled properly and the shipping was very fast. Well worth the money.

can i use a drum vst with this? like addictive drummer or ezdrummer for a more realistic sound with velocity layers?

Also..I've been looking for a stand to place the kit. You can put it on your lap or on your coffee table like the video, but it doesn't seem that comfortable. I have to see if Guitar Center may have something.

I bought one for my 19 year old son..and I must say if you didn't know it, sounds like a real drum set. I've actually been doing it too...great for stress relief. It seems like when you turn up the volume thats when it sounds louder..not so much so when you hit the pads. Doesn't matter though..still sounds great. Lots of fun.

i was just wondering if the harder you hit the pads, the louder the sound gets? so u can get crescendos and such.
