"The most recent period when CO2 levels were as high as today was around 15 million years ago, during the Middle Miocene. CO2 levels were at about 400 ppm.
"What was the climate like at the time? Global temperatures were 5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit higher than they are today.

"Sea level was approximately 75 to 120 feet higher. There was no permanent sea ice cap in the Arctic and very little ice on Antarctica and Greenland. "

"So why cant you show us real time pictures I mean we have satellite's that must have been recording this over the years. or do we?this is fake

Please see the response above. This is a data-visualization, meaning that the computer scientists we work with take all of the 1's and 0's in binary code from the satellites and process them to create visual images. In this particular case, the AMSR-E instrument used microwaves to determine what is ice and what is open ocean over time, in a much more accurate way than photos could ever show.

Why is it that these depictions of the ice melting are not true sat footage, but they are computer animated footage?

Satellites don't generally collect "footage" per say, so we have data visualizers who specialize in working with scientists and translating the true satellite data into a video sequence. So what you're seeing here is not an artist's rendition, but is in fact actual satellite data. Our group that did this is the "Scientific Visualization Studio" and you can read and see more about them/by them if you google for their web site.

Makes me laugh when people say global warming is a hoax, especially when around 95% of the worlds top scientists agree that it happening and that fossil fuels and co2 emissions are to blame.neh mind i live in the uk we could do with the warmer weather.
