Lastly Development. Development: We are all at different levels of development. From the time that first cell splits to the moment we breath our last we are developing. If you can say that a 60 year old man has more of a sovereign right to live than does a two year old who is at a much earlier stage of development than the older man, and you believe that someone has the right to come along and kill that 2 year old because he's less developed, then your argument stands.

Education: To you I ask.. Is a child learning their abc's in kindergarten less of a person or do they have any less right to being than a man who has multiple PhD's? A fetus is learning about it's developing body. It's hands and fingers, it's feet and toes. If you can say that a child just learning to say their abc's is less of a human being than the PhD, I'll say you have a good argument for destroying the fetus.

Location: Is a person who lives in a high rise Manhattan penthouse suite, any less a person than someone who is on a respirator in the hospital? Is there right to be equal? If you say yes, then I have to say "Why is a developing life, on life support like the man in the hospital except it's God created, any less of a person or has any less right to sovereignty of being than the man in the penthouse simply because of his location?".

Here's my justification it's "Life" at conception: S.L.E.D. Stands for Size, Location, Education and Development. Those are 4 things that we measure "life" by, or personhood by. Now, you say a fetus is not alive. Why? What is your justification? Here we go....Why? Because of it's Size? Question: Is someone who is 4 feet tall and 50 lbs any less alive than someone who is 7'3", 320 lbs? If you can say yes, you are justified in saying a fetus is not alive.
