@Operative13 Technically, you should put the lesser of two acts first in that saying; thus, "haven't played one game of Touhou, let alone finished one." "X, let alone Y" means someone hasn't done Y, because not doing X precludes doing Y. /pedantry

@koerund It goes both ways for me. When I play a game, I remember the first time I listened to each song as I progress, and when I listen to a song by itself, I get fond memories of Aya's goddamn survival card -- I mean, of playing the game through that point. Listening to the music during play really is a whole different experience.

I love the style of this arrangement. It's complex and has a lot going on, but it always keeps on its melody, never devolving into baroque chaos. Very nice. I'll have to watch the live performance on NND too...

Wow, I love this so much. It really brings out the gentleness and beauty of this theme as a change from the initial fast paced theme.

tbh ive only played touhou 6, EoSD, and i even havent completed it yet on normal without continues, but the music is just so beautiful, even without the bond i create with great games i play. there are so many beautiful songs in touhou that the music makes me create a bond with the game, not the other way around :)
