Haifa, Israel

Video taken in November 2007. Comments in slovak language. Haifa is the main port of Israel, north-west Israel, by Mediterranean Sea. The city is built at the foot and heights of one of the finest green Mt.Carmel. Haifa is the center of the Bahai faith including the shrine and beautiful garden overlooking the city and the harbour.
Haifa, mesto na severo-zapade Izraela pri Stredozemnom Mori. Mesto obklopuju slavne Karmelske hory. Mesto je strediskom nabozenskej viery nazvanej Bahai, s ich chramom a slavnymi zahradami.

I'm not sure, I think Haifa is the main port and Ashdod is the scond large, and then Eilat.

are you sure he was forced?... October 2, 1948, the London Economist reported, in an eyewitness account of the flight of Haifa's Arabs:

"There is little doubt that the most potent of the factors [in the flight] were the announcements made over the air by the Arab Higher Executive urging all Arabs in Haifa to quit ... And it was clearly intimated that those Arabs who remained in Haifa and accepted Jewish protection would be regarded as renegades."

My family comes from Haifa, But my dad was forced to leave :(.. But i'll come back soon, hopefully. :)

Haifa is a great place, in 1982,83 I was part of the multinational peacekeeping force in Beirut Lebanon. We would get to got down to Haifa. The people treated us so good. Thank you Israel. I will never forget you.
