@xnonsuchx I agree, thats why I also stick to visiting places that have vietnamese food and avoid those "chinese food" copies. Many of them are good cooks, but they limit the authentic good dishes for themselves, and serves bad generic copies to other people. I have made a few returning points in my city, which are restaurants where they don't base their service on cultural differences.
