Can't get away with buying pepper spray on ebay if you live in UK. I tried and got my house raided by police and ended up with a firearms charge! I did grind some habenera seeds up and dabbed straight in my eye. That was the most intense pain and took about 20 mins to be able to open eye properly and felt burnt for about 3 days. You can get done in UK for this homemade stuff, If it's a noxious gas or liquid and can be sprayed or propelled it is prohibited under firearms act.

I like the homemade idea, my question is how to increase the spray length in the UK its too windy to be using some standard like hair spray bottle...need something with some projection otherwise your gonna end up blasting yourself in the face
