this is a training round with a booster not a live round .....the dammage is only from the booster, you cant fire this shit inside !

The uniform doesn't look like russian, the background doesn't resemble RA training classes. Also, in RA armed RPGs are only possible at firing ranges (though only with training rounds).
And don't forget it's used in half o globe so it could've happen anywhere.
Just sayin.
