  • @TheBloodening666 your true target heart rate zones are 220-age-RESTING heart rate x 65% + resting heart rare... Then 220-your age-resting heart rate x85%+ resting heart rate...

  • @habiby12 ok so basically if you are walking and your heart rate is low (about 100 beats per minute) ....that doesn't count as QUALITY cardio, fat burning, our stamina building...you have to do higher ranges...just like I stated at the middle of the video where I'll taking about intervals. If your heart rate is too low...then you are just being active BUT I don't count cardio until you have high heart rates...I hope that helps...
