An answer would be really nice of you, Moto. I'm planning on using Xoom to study mostly so i need support for PowerPoint and PDF. I know that Xoom supports PDF but not sure about PowerPoint.

@DEVILSNAKELDS QuickOffice app can support opening/showing such files, equally if you receive as an attachment in Gmail, Google docs can convert to open. Hope that helps
