  • The Replacement was one of my favorite books that I read last year (along with Brenna's other book The Space Between). Hope you enjoy it. Oh, and have you tried Courtney Milan or Elizabeth Hoyt for romance authors? They are both great. :)

  • @Bookgasmic I'll make sure I don't return The Replacement to the library unread then. I have read one of Elizabeth Hoyt's books and did not like it at all but I haven't read Courtney Milan, I'll keep her in mind. Thanks for the recommendations :)

  • I'm so glad you showed The Replacement :) The synopsis is weird but I think it's maybe a book about faeries since they leave Changelings? I don't know but it looks really good.

The Near Witch looks excellent, also, as well as The Bondmaid and The Vagrants. Definitely adding them to my To Be Read list :)

I agree about reading romances in public. :) I'm always afraid a parent is going to walk by with a child and the kid will see it.

    Anyway, great haul!

  • @OrinocoLynn21 yup, The Replacement does seem to be about fairies but I'm not sure and I can't wait to find out. I've started reading Rot and Ruin which is also a pretty entertaining book. I just hope I would be able to read at least 90% of these books before the due date :)

  • Rot and Ruin is so good!

  • @katvela Happy to know that, cannot wait to read it
