That's not something that can be given in a few minutes of video. It's a program that takes time -- patience and diligence. As the title says, this is an overview.

I was wondering if this could be the reason of my problems: Upper back pain and a feeling of shortened abs that prevent me from even standing up straight without stretching the abs?
