By "cuts", Santorum means canceling 5 trillion of planned spending over the next ten years or so. He's full of it.

Paul means actually cutting a trillion dollars out of the budget the FIRST year alone. He's the only candidate whose plan doesn't have the U.S. in almost $20 trillion in debt by 2016.
