  • dude your an idiot....the reason it's healthy is because it is rich in dietary fiber, lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus), and Vitamin B2. Commercial beer is NOT made through a "chemical processes", unless you consider yeast turning fermentable sugars into alchohol a "chemical process" that is different from that of Makgeolli. It's malted barley, water, yeast and hops. Obviously homebrew is better than commercial because the alcohol is not filtered, but it still isn't "bad" for you....OK buddy?
