Morales is overrated? How? Because he has lost some fights? You people must be new to boxing or are just in love with Pacquiao and Mayweather. Pacquiao just got schooled by a 38 year old Marquez who had to come up in weight and Mayweather feels he's too delicate to fight more than once a year, so he retires after every fight.
