@TiffanyCullen i know its rare but some people arent in it for money, and maybe they don't feel the need to remake a game that's already considered one of the greatest games ever.

don't get me wrong, I'd love a remake, but i can easily sit through the original and still love it to damn bits as its a timeless classic in spite of its dated visuals.

in an interview, the developers said that a remake now would be unlikely because everyone is working on separate projects, but that a remake would be likely later on, and that they'd have to be careful what they did in it, as they wouldn't want to change it too much, but wouldn't want to just have an upgraded copy

Maybe we will get FF7 remake on next generation play-station console....mega-uber 3D graphics :D full blown voice acting.

They won't be remaking Final Fantasy VII for PS3, Square Enix has denied it time and time again... Although the concept is amazing still and gives me chills at the thought.
