The Webtraxplus Kiosk is a customer-facing interactive experience that combines marketing and in-store utility to maximize the customers time and experience in the retail showroom. The platform started out with our scan to win technology that we developed to give the retailer a lift on their direct mail response rates. Our unique game view technology encourages participation by making the process fun and interactive. Were developing new games all the time so the retailer has their choice from a good selection of games. The system captures the valuable marketing data on the consumer, including name, address, city state and zip, as well as email address and phone number. The retailer has complete control over which fields are asked of the consumer. WebtraxPlus also allows the retailer to add their own custom questions to the registration process. These custom questions can be open text box, yes/no questions or multiple choice. Prizes are determined by the retailer, and the retailer sets the odds of winning for each prize. Because the system is web-enabled, the consumers registration data and answers are available to the retailer 24/7. After the scan event, the system can automatically send the consumer a follow up email with copy determined by the retailer. The system evolved to include credit application on two levels. The first is private label consumer credit, where we interface with multiple consumer credit. This interaction is private, secure and easy for the consumer and has resulted in increased credit applications and larger average tickets. The specials feature allows the retailer to create first broad categories and then specific products and services within each category, along with a corresponding special for each. The consumer can choose the category or categories they like, and then print the specials in each they are most interested in. WebtraxPlus records these selections and makes them available to the retailer for true one to one follow up marketing with each customer. The WebtraxPlus kiosk also enables the retailer to program locked down URLs on the kiosk. Our kiosk system also runs a full blown loyalty program. All of these features can be turned on and easily configured through the manager dashboard. The dashboard gives the retailer control over the appearance of the kiosk and the functions that are shown to the customer. From the top monitor that displays custom digital signage to the background images and button colors, the retailer has full control over the branding of the kiosk. The manager dashboard also gives the retailer reporting and metrics for all of the scan events, including all of the customer marketing data, the prizes won and the custom question answers. Additionally there are graphic representations of the numbers of customers who have interacted with the system by day and good metrics for zip code analysis after direct marketing events, as well as demographic reports on the customers who responded.
