What lies beneath the surface of this Lil Ice Berg?

It's an open secret that those who train the hardest win the most. In a sport (MMA) that's dominated by men, here's a lady that's out to get things done. On the surface you see a confident fighter. Below the surface you discover a hard working athlete who trains with some of the best men in the business. GRUDGETRAININGCENTER.COM

A typical day's training begins with Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing), "The King of the Ring". Muay Thai fighters use punches, kicks, elbows, knees, standing grappling and head-butts to wear down and knock out their opponent. On the day this video was shot, Coach Bryan Youngs ran Jennifer through
+ conditioning, consisting of 3 sets of thai kick pyramids
+ two rounds of shadow boxing
+ drills for thai elbows from the clinch
+ drills for outside elbows
+ drills with mitts, this with Coach Paulino Ibarra
+ more practice on angles, head movement, rhythm, power, speed, footwork, etc.

You never want to be predictable, Your opponent should never be able to count on you reacting as they planned. You should always have enough moves that you can react to any attack while setting up a possible takedown, knockout, or other important move.
