My favourite song from the album...hell, one of my all-time favourites! I've been suffering from anxiety and depression for a long time and this song just inspires me so much... It was also AMAZING when I saw her live in Melbourne back in October. Thank you, Sarah! <3

It's like she wakes up in the middle of the night from anxiety, represented by the arrow. She was shot by this mysterious figure, and she follows all these clues to track it down. Finally she finds it, and makes it take the arrow out.
It's therapy.
And we may live in modern apartments of glass and steel, but all these primitive aspects of the psyche are still with us.
