Day one of my 7-Day Raw Milk Diet. Raw (unpasteurized) milk from grass-fed cows has been used since the 1920's to cure a wide variety of illnesses. The Mayo Clinic was actually one of the forerunners of this healing therapy.

  • is raw milk same as milk, or do we need to buy special kind of milk?

  • @QGprincess raw milk is unpasteurized milk - can be from any animal, but in NA commonly goats or cows.

  • I am unable to obtain raw milk in Ottawa, Canada. I would like to obtain it but have no leads on where to go to. If someone could contact me through private messaging, I would be delighted for any information provided.

  • @ThePantherVision Try this: Ottawa: Coyote Creek Dairy Farm CSA. Andrijan and Jodi Smaic, (785) 242-3558 OR Conavista Farm

Someone on Ottawa Foodies forum wrote: "Got my share today at Conavista Farm. The milk is amazing. I've also had a tour of the farm. The cows are well treated. The barn is very clean and smells like a good barn. The animals looked clean and happy." Hope that helps.

  • OMG I LOVE Jackie's Jersey milk!!! I miss it so much. I lived in Bellingham and vicinity for a long time. I thought I recognized that label!

Most milk diets that I've heard of recommend a minimum of a gallon per day, ideally 5-6 quarts. How can you get enough calories on just one quart???

  • @ginavoce25 You are correct. 1 gallon is usually the minimum. However, a nutritionist with a lot of experience said sometimes you can get away with 1/2 gallon. So, as I say in the video - I'm doing minimum 1/2 gallon and aiming for 1 gallon per day.

Any ways there is a research that said this parasite alleviate the colon because they produce a natural suppression to compensate for their stay. "To avoid being eliminated from our bodies, parasitic worms will suppress our immune systems. A number of them can infect our intestines. In fact, parasitic worms have been infecting our intestines for a long, long time."

Bacteria do not initiate cellular damage or breakdown of organs & glandular tissue. Antibiotics do destroy organs.

Are you aware that every single one of the so-called pathogens you just named is being used regularly w/ beneficial results? Please see my comments under YouTube video ending in: watch?v=6uNUM3TUzdk

"Pasteurization does not affect nutrition but increases the incidence of disease" - first part wrong, second part correct.

  • Add in a little raw unheated honey and spices such as ginger, cumin, black pepper, coriander, fresh mint, etc.. Change it up everyday...
