Left 4 Dead - Minigun Jumping

UPDATE: The minigun glitch has been fixed in the PC version. Bastards! Anyway, it's still possible in the 360 version, until they get they get the patch.

A few friends and I decided to mess around with the minigun for a bit.

It's basically a physics glitch that causes players to be catapulted off the minigun when you jump on it after meleeing it. It doesn't make sense to me either.

Right now, this still hasn't been patched on either the PC or 360 version, so you can still do it.

Just to tell ya, I think you will launch farther if you walking onto the gun first THEN jump.

To do this, simply jump onto the sand bags or whatever is beside it and walk onto the gun.

There's another launch glitch that hasn't been patched. On the Death Toll finale, run at the minigun, jump, and when you think your feet are about to touch the handles press "E" (use). And you shall fly.
