A soundtrack I put together of new and old music in 2010 for Robert Enrico's 'Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge' - Based on the Ambrose Bierce short. Most of the music will be released on 'The Cloisters' lp, 2012.

@FlippOut44 This is my interpretation:
The man is going to die. As he awaits his death, he dreams of starting anew and afresh. He doesn't want to be killed. He wishes that his life never turned out that way. But just at that moment when he wants to change, all hope is lost and he doesn't have the time to do it. What I think Adam is implying is that there is not much time, you will never know when you will die. In other words, make the most of your life while you have it. Hope I helped. ;)
