@Captain077 Thanks for clarifying. Are you saying that the cops made up evidence to force the judge signing it? And that the judge even went along the cops' lies?

Because by law, it is illegal to execute a search warrant simply on the word of a informant, especially if they are anonymous. By doing this search, they violated the constitution and the law which they swore to uphold. That is why these cops ended up in trouble.

Ruling unclear

A cloud of confusion settled over the Yolanda Jean Madden case this weekend as attorneys scratched their heads over whether a judgment was signed Friday by U.S. District Judge Rob Junell.
John Klassen, lead prosecutor in the case, said Junells office told him the ruling was posted in error Friday on PACER, the governments electronic filing system, and that the judge was still considering his decision.
