For a start you are using FPS Creator version 1.0. Download the latest (1.18) and that will probably fix your problem. OR you are using ENBSeries. Otherwise downgrade to DirectX 10.1.

@1065chris ok if you got the fps creator x10 you need to download the direct x10
but if you just download the fps creator you need to download direct x9
