One of the regulations set by the interim electoral board to those seeking the chairman's position during the forthcoming national soccer elections is that aspirants must have a bachelors degree.
A section of those seeking the top office feel that the requirement is harsh and it fails to seek the input of professionals. For example a former player cannot contest in the polls.one of the aspirants Sammy Shollei also feels that the degree education recommendation may leave out people who might redeem the soccer of the nation leaving a few selfish individuals in the race. Shollei also argues that most of our political leaders do not posses bachelors degrees though they in office serving Kenyans.more recommendations are expected to come up once the sports bill is passed in parliament.
