The benchmark tells me it runs on 35 fps, on med settings. Ingame however I get 15-18 fps...

i have a q9450 @ 3.5ghz, 4gb ram and and 460gtx and it runs slow

wrong.. i play 60fps with core 2 duo 4.16Ghz :) gtx460 and 4gb ram

can you tell me what your nvidia control panel settings are for this game? for some reason im only getting 20-25 wtih 8gb ddr, core 2 quad and a 9800gx2

its all because of quad core , any cpu that has 4 cores will run this game great even ir gpu is shit , i have very good gpu but my cpu is dual core overclocked to 4.2 ghz and i cant max out.

what is better quad sli 9800GX2 or sli 280 GTX???

on paper the quad sli 9800gx2 can crunch more numbers, but in reality, most games are not optimised for this.
take the sli 280 imho
