  • 节食是不好,但是控制饮食是最好。别听那些人说什么控制饮食不能­减肥,如果控制饮食不能减肥,那么那些教人吃健康食物来减肥的人­岂不是白讲了??最重要是输入不要比消耗的还要多。

  • 我早餐與午餐都吃代餐包!很容易飽足~~一包代餐有豐富的營養~­~有掌握卡洛里1200與飲能量茶與五蔬果加運動~~補充營養時­要有足夠的卡洛里計算概
