Scratch Animation

This is a cameraless film for a class I was in. It was made by scratching, drawing, painting, and using chemicals on 16 mm film. The music was synched, and the layering was done in Premier.

also how did you get you film to a computer

Thanks a lot, I will try! One more question...Did you bleach the orange side or the black side? I am using the undeveloped gash, and wondering if I need to bleach the black in order to get the colours to be projected...

what class did you do this for? im a sophomore in the animation program at SCAD and probably transferring to SAIC (where brakhage taught) in chicago because of SCAD's lack of diversity in the anim. program-at least, i've inferred they're lacking from the course descriptions, but should I reconsider? so far, from what i've gathered, SCAD's basically nazi pixar training camp blehhh
